The success of Groves & Partners is directly connected to several basic philosophies deeply ingrained in the culture of the firm. We follow a Code of Conduct that has been responsible for both securing and strengthening the company’s recruiting services in the Canadian Transportation and Supply Chain markets.

Confidentiality

Organizations making a strategic personnel change often require that the search be conducted on a confidential basis. At the same time, candidates being considered for a particular position must also be highly discreet as they negotiate with a potential future employer.

Off-Limits Policy Groves & Partners will not recruit from a client for one year following the completion of the last search assignment, and will never recruit the candidate hired by our client.

Our Guarantee

Groves & Partners will guarantee any individual hired through our assistance for a period of six months, as long as the position requirements do not change substantially. If that person leaves the company within that time, we will replace that individual at no cost to the client.
