We follow a Code of Conduct that has been responsible for both securing and strengthening the company's recruiting services in the Canadian Transportation and Supply Chain markets.

Confidentiality – Organizations making a strategic personnel change often require that the search be conducted on a confidential basis. At the same time, candidates being considered for a particular position must also be highly discreet as they negotiate with a potential employer.

Off-Limits Policy – Groves & Partners will not recruit from a client for one year following the completion of the last search assignment, and will never recruit the candidate hired by our client.

Our Guarantee – Groves & Partners guarantees any individual hired through our assistance for a period of six months, as long as the position requirements do not change substantially. If that person leaves the company within that time, we will replace that individual at no cost to the client.
